Membership and Renewal Fees

All dues are payable at the time of application or renewal and annually by January 1 thereafter.

IF DUES ARE NOT PAID BY APRIL 1 YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND ALL PRIVILEGES WILL BE TERMINATED PER THE CHEERFUL CLOWN ALLEY BY-LAWS.

OATH:

I do hereby promise that while in Clown makeup and costume, I will not swear, use abusive language, smoke, use drugs or drink alcoholic beverages.   I will always look my best when in makeup and will always stay in full wardrobe while in public.  I will always bend to entertain a child or person less fortunate and will treat all with dignity and happiness.

NEW APPLICATION
– Individuals over 15 years of age, voting rights and clown name protection in CCA (subject to approval per by-laws), reduced or free admission to special CCA-sponsored educational events. MUST be COAI member and provide Proof of COAI membership with application or renewal. Eligible to serve on the CCA Board (age 21 or over) after being a CCA member for one year.

– Individuals over 15 years of age, maybe non-clown (no photo required), has no voting rights, no clown name protection in CCA, no COAI membership, may be required to pay higher admission charge for special CCA-sponsored educational events, and are not eligible to serve on the CCA board.

– Individuals over 15 years of age residing in the same household with a parent, spouse, or adult sibling who is a FULL or ASSOCIATE CCA member. COAI membership is optional but is required in order for Family members to have voting rights and clown name protection in CCA (subject to approval per by-laws) and to be eligible for free or reduced-rate admission to special CCA-sponsored educational events and to be eligible to serve on the CCA board (board members must be at least 21 years of age).

***FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS: 1 FULL MEMBER, 2 PAID FAMILY MEMBERS, AND ALL OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD ARE FREE BUT MUST COMPLETE THE APPLICATION

Junior members are not eligible to serve on the CCA board of directors. A sponsor is required who is a CCA member at least 21 years of age.
